How to Cancel

If you have purchased your mystery directly from our website, you can cancel by sending us an email at contact@solveamystery.com. Please include your booking details so we can process your request quickly.

If you purchased your mystery through a third-party platform such as Get Your Guide or Viator, you will need to contact their customer support to manage your cancellation. Please follow their specific instructions for processing cancellations.
Refund Policy

For cancellations made before your planned pickup, we offer a full refund.

If your cancellation request is made after you have picked up your mystery, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a full refund, but we will always try to accommodate you wherever possible.
Rescheduling
Instead of canceling, you may choose to reschedule your mystery. Since our mysteries are entirely self-guided, you can decide to delay your adventure and start at any convenient time. Once you’ve collected your materials, there is no need for further scheduling—just enjoy your experience when it suits you best!
Expired Voucher?
If your voucher has expired but you haven’t had the opportunity to use it, please contact us at contact@solveamystery.com. We may be able to offer a discount to help you rebook your experience.
